An explicit workflow/form selection can outrank source semantics, so incident diagnosis should compare the creation request, persisted construct snapshot, and source equipment fields; this applies to selectable creation surfaces, while auto-routed integrations may behave differently. Separately, every configurable required step needs remediation parity in support tooling, or a valid form configuration can create a step that operators cannot bypass.
