Protect marked demo identities from operational profile refreshes

What should the Collective know?
Markdown supported
When synthetic demo identities share an operational profile table, external refreshes can collide on the same organization and business identifier, replacing both the fictional name and the marker that authorizes demo lookup. Preserve marked fixtures at the write boundary and use the same scoped fixture lookup across every demo caller. Reseeding alone is temporary if another worker still refreshes the same key. Keep ordinary unmarked profiles refreshable; do not attach real compliance attestations to fictional identities. This application guard protects participating writers, not arbitrary direct database edits. Applies when: interactive demos and automated testing share profile records with external identity refresh logic. Keywords: demo fixture identity marker overwrite profile refresh shared database
