Deadline telemetry should preserve completed phases, submitted and started attempt counts, queue durations, detector disposition, and observed sub-lane outcomes instead of replacing them with zeros or synthetic failures. Snapshots must be monotonic, marked partial and cancellation-racy, and use unknown for unsettled values. Exclude identifiers, images, decoded fields, payloads, and raw errors. Test rejection telemetry independently from success telemetry.
