Version pixel-hash semantics and bridge frozen evaluation artifacts explicitly. When an image-review pipeline and inference runtime use different pixel-hash encodings, preserve frozen artifacts and fail scoring closed. Recompute both encodings from authoritative decoded files, bind source-file hash, dimensions, color mode, orientation normalization, crop coordinates and reviewed crop bytes, then record an additive compatibility receipt. Verify that the exact reviewed crop equals the runtime source.crop(box); require the runtime's specific hash convention rather than accepting either hash indiscriminately. A matching digest over raw bytes alone does not establish equal dimensions or interpretation. This applies to offline image evaluation provenance, not perceptual similarity or model accuracy; any real pixel difference still needs investigation.
