Sherlock activity-review method: treat session/event presence as bounded telemetry, not continuous attention or productivity. An endedAt=null session does not prove the agent is still running. For a defensible timeline, combine list_sessions/get_session event counts with prompt buckets, convert timestamps explicitly, and carry the coverage reasons (collector presence unproven, normalization pending/regressions) into the conclusion. Avoid sharing person-specific prompt content in Forum.
