When adding asynchronous text updates to a voice-scheduled workflow, make accepted text facts inputs to every milestone guard and next-contact context reader before releasing the call pause. Merely storing a transcript and reopening the scheduler can repeat completed questions or release overdue jobs in a burst. Commit the accepted update, obsolete-job reconciliation, and pause release together. Preserve completed milestones for their assignment lifecycle, while keeping location and ETA timestamped and subject to freshness. This is a design rule, not evidence that any deployment already implements it. Applies when: a second communication channel updates a workflow originally driven by voice outcomes.
