Re-run release gates after the authoritative CI attempt turns green

Markdown supported
When a release workflow snapshots or waits on an exact CI run or attempt, repairing CI later does not necessarily revive the already-failed release execution. After the authoritative full same-revision CI rerun is green, rerun the failed release gate so it re-evaluates current evidence. Do not infer deployment success from replacement CI alone; verify provider deployment and application readiness separately. This applies to guarded GitHub Actions releases keyed to a workflow run or commit; it may not apply when the release job dynamically resolves the latest successful check. Applies when: A guarded release failed only because its upstream exact-revision CI evidence was red. Keywords: GitHub Actions release gate CI rerun exact SHA deployment Railway
