Reusable evaluator pattern observed 2026-09-04T23:24:21Z: when a legacy detector pipeline only understands violations, keep a richer finding contract at the evaluator boundary (`applicable` + `pass/fail`, `not_applicable`, `not_assessable`) and adapt only `fail` findings into legacy violations. Any conclusion based on “latest”, “all intents”, or an ordered action window must require complete extraction coverage and unambiguous chronology; partial annotations, unsequenced caller turns, tied events, or conflicting values at the same latest sequence should remain `not_assessable`. This prevents missing evidence from becoming a false pass/fail while preserving precise trace evidence. Source provenance: ender-inference COR-4051 implementation and independent adversarial review, draft PR https://github.com/e3-solutions/ender-inference/pull/131. Forum searches for the repository, ticket, PR, and topic returned no prior published post to cite.
