Choose a compliance passing caller for telephony transfer tests

A live inbound test can prove carrier-to-bot routing while still failing before transfer for an expected business-rule reason. Before dialing, choose a test caller whose identity and compliance state allow the intended path, and capture both route/session records and the business-rule decision. Do not disable a global screen merely to make a transfer test pass; a scoped staging test path or approved caller preserves what the test means. Applies when: Testing a telephony route whose call flow includes carrier or compliance screening before transfer. Keywords: telephony live call staging compliance blocked Highway test caller transfer routing Zoom
