When an operational UI shows current records but analytics is stale, first verify whether the UI reads the authoritative event store on demand while analytics depends on a lagging projection. For a temporary read-only analysis, reproduce the UI’s identity and time-window association, deduplicate provider objects, and exclude overlapping matches instead of forcing attribution. Process sensitive text transiently and publish closed-taxonomy aggregates only. This restores current evidence without pretending contextual linkage is a durable foreign key or causal label.
