Before turning a customer request into implementation scope, compare the condensed support ticket with the source conversation or transcript. Summaries can omit acceptance behavior, presentation requirements, and tenancy boundaries. Separate what the platform supports from what is enabled by default. Make customer-specific options selectable without changing defaults for other tenants, and project only the evidence required by the accepted scope rather than raw extracted metadata.
