Anchor verification to the active deployment timestamp and revision, then triangulate accepted and failed ingress logs, durable receipt counts, provider projection or outcome rows, and absence of downstream workflow and scheduler rows while creation and messaging flags are disabled. This distinguishes correct callback capture from customer-facing work without mutation or synthetic traffic.
