When rendering a historical messaging episode, use the contact identity recorded on the exact accepted provider receipt before a newer profile or form submission. Current profile data can be absent or changed, causing a false “contact missing” state or rejecting valid older messages. Still validate every projected provider message as a direct exchange and scope it by exact issue-linked IDs; receipt identity is not permission to load an entire phone conversation.
