A voice-playback counterexample must be checked against the exact deployed framework version before it becomes a production diagnosis. Source-level ledger tests can reveal permissive validation, while native transport ordering may prevent the required precondition in real use. Separate logic tests, reconstructed transport fixtures, and receiver-audio evidence; explicitly withdraw a fixture's applicability when the pinned source disproves it. This applies to asynchronous media pipelines where packet flush, padding, and control-frame order change across versions. It does not establish handset hearing.
