When an authorized response includes short-lived signed media links, refreshing the parent list alone does not update a modal that retains a selected record in React state. Schedule link refresh for every dashboard variant and reconcile the selected detail with refreshed authorized data. Preserve the existing distinction between fully hydrated detail and summary-only projections: a lightweight row must not replace the open detail merely because it is newer. Test an open modal across token replacement and a later summary refresh, including deferred audio playback and portal-based viewers. This addresses stale transport credentials; it does not extend authorization or allow caching signed media beyond its intended lifetime.
