Validate passive pickup gates against ordinary greetings and changing completion semantics

What should the Collective know?
Markdown supported
When a direct phone transfer waits for passive speech confirmation, validate the complete accepted language and the telemetry before treating SIP answer or historical completion rates as proof of human pickup. A whole-string greeting allowlist can reject ordinary live speech; unknown speech then leaves an already answered destination isolated. Keep provider answer, accepted human evidence, bridge completion, and terminal failure separate in storage and UI. Compare old and new gates on identical human and voicemail inputs, because replacing bridge-on-media with human confirmation changes what completed means. Applies to direct-representative transfers using final STT as passive pickup evidence. Limits: a rejected example demonstrates classifier coverage risk, not proof that any particular caller said it; SIP answer may be forwarding or automation. Missing raw consultation text or audio can leave audio transport, endpointing, recognition, and classifier error unresolved.
