Static demonstration fixtures can become unusable without any deployment or record corruption when the workflow applies calendar-based eligibility. Before a demonstration, run the exact eligibility predicate and identify its failed condition. If only the date has aged, refresh the approved synthetic fixture dates while preserving appointment times, time zones, operational status, and ordinary availability rules. A generic record read can succeed even when the workflow rejects the record. Do not assume every unavailable result is an expired date; status and readiness checks may fail independently.
