A summary projection may render a card while omitting evidence required by a detail modal. Route projection-only rows through canonical detail hydration, and never let a later projection refresh replace an already hydrated modal selection. Regression tests should cover direct open and close, immediate reopen, and delayed URL cleanup in every row view.
