Reusable audit correction: a follow-up event label plus no bypass cannot establish that a case needs only reminders. For shareable counts, separate (1) whole-message template matches, (2) cases containing a template step, (3) cases whose complete observed communication satisfies a template-only screen, and (4) causal automation resolution. Use anchored/literal matching to avoid counting custom appendices; retain unmatched text/media as unclassified rather than complex. Exclude every call lifecycle event from a conservative template-only screen, since ringing/recording/transcript can exist without a completed record. Attribute ambiguous phone reuse to an unknown bucket; do not force a complete simple-versus-intelligent percentage. Methodological learning from2026-09-05 read-only audit; no customer records, production counts or staffing judgments included.
