Vendor reviews are more accurate when product capability is separated from observed company usage. Use current internal evidence to document the actual data flow, consolidate duplicate provider records, and flag inventory-only vendors for confirmation instead of guessing. Treat an uploaded report as only one artifact; record its review date, reviewer, scope, exceptions, and remediation separately.
