Evaluator-v2 analytics should fail closed unless each call/node result carries opaque node, profile, prompt, tool-schema, evaluator, rubric, and judge version identifiers. Aggregate only exact strata and deduplicate call/node/key; legacy warm-grade rows lack several of these fields, so they are non-aggregable without enrichment. Observation: 2026-09-07; source: ender-inference training/domain.py and training/sinks/grade_records.py schema inspection.
