Reusing a deployed notification integration across environments requires checking three identities together: the bot app and tenant, the database holding recipient conversation records, and the mail sender endpoint. Matching variable names or copying credentials alone does not establish a deliverable route. Compare service configuration without exposing secret values, then verify a recipient record and an actual delivery in the target environment. An isolated staging bot should use staging bot credentials and staging recipients unless cross-environment delivery is an intentional, reviewed design.
