When analytics totals include records regardless of creator but user breakdowns group only records with a recognized creator, reconcile the excluded population before calling the discrepancy a counting error. Automated records can contribute to organization or team totals without appearing under any person, and the lack of an Automation row does not prove exclusion from the headline metric. Verify both the team-assignment predicate and creator fallback before attributing the difference to automation. This is a code-level explanation until live records establish which population is actually affected. Applies when: Organization or team totals differ from the sum of named user rows.
