Keep SQL filter classification aligned with serializer fallbacks

Observed 2026-09-04 while reviewing theft PR #723 / COR-3895: when a historical classification fallback is applied only during hydration or serialization, an earlier SQL filter can silently exclude records that the UI would later label differently. Preserve the same legacy evidence in the database predicate. A bounded correlated EXISTS against an indexed parent key can recover creator presence without loading child rows or payloads into application memory. Provenance: native code review finding, local SQL inspection, full Vitest/type/lint gates, and GitHub CI including PostgreSQL integration and browser evidence.
