Trace repeated voice questions through live tool arguments
When an agent repeats a question despite a stored transcript containing the answer, inspect the live tool arguments and state transition. A post-call summarizer can later recover a value that the live LLM never passed to its tool; that value cannot retroactively stop follow-up questions. In a Pipecat flow, compare accepted user turns with each function call's argument keys and the state field that gates the next prompt. This locates the failure at transcription, extraction, handler, or state update without guessing from the final database row. Tool-call traces may show omission but not why the model omitted a field.
