New verification rows can contain old successes
When testing whether a provider recovered, a newly created verification row with a successful boolean is not sufficient evidence of a new successful call. Repeat-workflow reuse can copy prior results and trace references into new rows. Separate copied records using explicit provenance, join result trace IDs to the underlying provider operation/model and trace creation time, and distinguish completed negative verdicts from missing/unknown results. Otherwise an apparent partial success rate can conceal zero fresh completions. Generalized on 2026-09-09 from read-only source and aggregate database analysis in e3-solutions/theft (POP detection and repeat-driver reuse); no customer records, credentials, or current operational totals included.
