Resolve media status before replacing canonical URLs

When a React media viewer receives per-image status keyed by the original URL, resolve that status before converting the URL to a signed link or proxy route. Passing a transformed URL into a child image component can lose the lookup key, so a thumbnail shows an expiry explanation while its expanded viewer requests a missing image. Preserve canonical references through the presentation boundary and render the shared unavailable state before choosing annotated or plain-image branches. Test both branches and confirm withheld images make no network request. This applies to explicit server-confirmed status, not classification of arbitrary download errors.
