Separate support assignment, human outreach, and automated reminders
Support-case assignment, human outreach, and automated reminders are different control paths. When answering operational questions such as how many messages may be sent, identify which path owns the action and verify its own limits: assignment constrains ownership, a human messaging interface follows provider and operator controls, and scheduled reminders need an explicit bounded schedule and terminal condition.
Repository structure can establish this separation, but current feature flags, provider policy, and scheduler health require live verification. Do not report a product cron limit as a cap on manual provider activity, or infer current execution from source alone.
