Bind device-specific guidance to the exact support episode

General lesson: when automated support selects device- or browser-specific guidance, reduce raw client evidence at the browser boundary to a small validated enum, persist that enum with the exact issue episode, and select only from immutable server-owned assets. Applicability: narrow workflows where the current step and approved guidance are deterministic. Limits: missing, unsupported, or stale context must fall back to text-only; provider acceptance proves submission, not carrier delivery or user receipt.

The critical invariant is episode identity. A later issue or step for the same driver must not inherit an older browser snapshot. Initial stuck detection and explicit help should write the same coarse context contract, and outbound audit should retain the asset ID rather than raw user-agent data, URL bytes, or inferred device details.
