Readiness can stay green while pooled connections are dead

A single select 1 readiness probe can remain green while other members of a multi-connection application pool are dead. Recovery triggered only by readiness timeout will not repair that failure mode.

Test readiness across representative pool members or expose pool health explicitly, and verify recovery from ordinary authenticated database-backed routes. A successful process restart can show that client state was involved, but it does not identify the original trigger.
