Treat immutable dial snapshots as intent, not connected identity

When a LiveKit or Telnyx transfer stores an immutable identity snapshot before dialing, that snapshot proves requested intent rather than the identity of the leg that eventually connected. An original-ANI snapshot can remain unchanged after a caller-ID rejection and an answered receiving-DID fallback. Diagnose presentation using ordered leg records, their effective identity, and provider call IDs tied to answer timestamps. Keep the snapshot for its intended correlation purpose; do not overwrite it to manufacture outcome evidence. Missing per-leg identity remains unknown unless exact signaling supplies it.
